How long does it take to process my order?
  • Once payment has been received and cleared, your order will be processed within 2–3 working days. Proof of payment is not required.

 
Where can I ship my order to?
  • We currently ship to addresses throughout South Africa.

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping due to high courier costs.

 
How much does it cost to ship my order?
  • Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery option selected at checkout.

  • Available options:

    • Door-to-door delivery (The Courier Guy): R90

    • Delivery to your nearest PUDO Locker (The Courier Guy): R60

    • Collection in Bothasig, Cape Town: Free

  • Please note that deliveries to remote or specialised locations, including mines, power stations, farms, military bases, game lodges, ports, harbours, embassies, and consulates, may incur additional charges. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before dispatch.

 

Can I track my order?
  • Yes. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

What do I do if there is a problem with the order I placed?

  • Oops! Something isn't quite right.

    • A description of the issue

  • We aim to respond within 2 working days.

Can I return my order?
  • Due to the handmade and personalised nature of many of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

  • However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us at info@creativelyaddicted.com, and we'll do our best to help.
